Woven strips
Woven strips are tightly woven ribbons. The main field of use of woven strips is the sewing of clothes (hanging strip), but woven strips are also used in other areas as sewn or added details. The strip can be woven both in one color and in many colors. A ribbon in national colors is very popular.
In production, it is possible to use synthetic and natural raw materials such as polyester, polyamide, polypropylene and cotton. Possible widths of woven strips are 4-50 mm. In order to help the customer optimize the time resources spent on their own production, we offer a service of cutting and sewing to a certain length, if desired. It is also possible to perform impregnation, water repellency and flame resistance treatment.

A wide selection of materials
We are very demanding in the selection of suppliers and materials. We use only the highest quality raw materials that have Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certificates. The quality of the materials directly affects the quality of our production, and as a result, we cannot make concessions here.
Our material selection includes polyester, polyamide, polypropylene, fire-resistant meta-aramid, cotton, linen, wool, various rubber threads and metallic threads. According to the product and the area of use of the product, we recommend the most suitable material to the customer. There is a sufficient range of colors for all materials to offer a suitable shade for every customer.
Available post-processing treatments
Cutting
Cutting allows the ribbon to be cut into a certain length, thanks to which the product is delivered to the customer in a cut and pakaged form.
Sewing
As a sewing service, we can offer sweing ribbons into cords or adding them to accessories.
Impregnation
As a result of impregnation, the ribbon becomes stiffer and is no longer in a soft state.
Water resistance
Water repellency treatment ensures that the product do not get wet.
Flame resistance
According to the field of use of the product, products are needed that would not catch fire with a flame. The flame retardant helps to achieve the desired result.
