Woven labels and emblems
Woven labels and emblems are logo labels produced by the respective knitting machine.
By using different materials, you can create labels with different textures.
Woven labels are generally produced according to the customer’s design. If there is no design yet, we help the customer create an initial sketch in cooperation with their own designer and technologist, which is coordinated with the customer. If suitable, we can start the production process.
We offer heat cutting or ultrasonic cutting for woven labels as needed, and up to a double folding service upon request. We offer laser cutting for emblems. Woven labels are mainly used on various textile products such as clothing, bags, home textiles, handicraft products, etc.
Labels can also be added to shoes, furniture and other products where it would be necessary to add the customer’s logo or size.
The materials used are polyester and cotton. Possible sizes are 10 mm – 80 mm. We can offer cutting, ultrasonic cutting, laser cutting and up to double folding as needed.

A wide selection of materials
We are very demanding in the selection of suppliers and materials. We use only the highest quality raw materials that have Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certificates. The quality of the materials directly affects the quality of our production, and as a result, we cannot make concessions here.
Our material selection includes polyester, polyamide, polypropylene, fire-resistant meta-aramid, cotton, linen, wool, various rubber threads and metallic threads. According to the product and the area of use of the product, we recommend the most suitable material to the customer. There is a sufficient range of colors for all materials to offer a suitable shade for every customer.
Treatments
Ultrasonic cutting
Ultrasonic cutting ensures completely soft edges of the labels that do not irritate the skin. Required for underwear and children’s clothing labels
Laser cutting
Laser cutting allows you to cut specially shaped emblems and labels.
Heat cutting
Cutting allows you to cut labels to the correct dimensions.
Folding
Our folding machine allows labels to be folded up to two times.
