Ironing
Ironing elastic bands ensures the the important parameters of the elastic bands (for example width, contractibility) are fixed.
Cutting
Cutting allows the elastic bands to be cut into a certain length, thanks to which the product is delivered to the customer in a cut and packaged form.
Sewing
As a sewing service, we can offer sewing elastic bands together into circles or adding them to accessories.
Water resistance
The water repellency treatment ensures that the product do not get wet.
Flame resistance
According to the field of use of the product, products are needed that will not catch fire with a flame. The flame retardant treatment helps to ahcieve the desired result.
Impregnation
As a result of impregnation, the ribbon becomes stiffer and is no longer in soft state.
