Woven elastic bands
Our product range includes elastic bands of different density and stretchability. According to the field of use, customers require different properties of elastic bands. Our technologists are also helpful in developing a completely new product that exactly meets the customer’s needs.
We use only high-quality materials that ensure the durability and long-term use of our woven elastic bands. The main field of use of woven elastic bands is the sewing of clothes (underwear elastic, suspenders), the production of medical accessories (elastic for mask) and the furniture industry.
It is possible to use both synthetic and natural materials such as polyester, polyamide and various elastic threads. The possible width range of elastic bands is 4 mm – 50 mm for crocheted elastic bands and 10 mm – 100 mm for woven rubber bands. The available selection includes, for example, elastics with a woven logo, broken lines, buttonholes, crocheted or knitted elastics. We can offer ironing, cutting, sewing, impregnation and water repellency and flame resistance treatments.

A wide selection of materials
We are very demanding in the selection of suppliers and materials. We use only the highest quality raw materials that have Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certificates. The quality of the materials directly affects the quality of our production, and as a result, we cannot make concessions here.
Our material selection includes polyester, polyamide, polypropylene, fire-resistant meta-aramid, cotton, linen, wool, various rubber threads and metallic threads. According to the product and the area of use of the product, we recommend the most suitable material to the customer. There is a sufficient range of colors for all materials to offer a suitable shade for every customer.
Available post-processing treatments
Ironing
Ironing elastic bands ensures the the important parameters of the elastic bands (for example width, contractibility) are fixed.
Cutting
Cutting allows the elastic bands to be cut into a certain length, thanks to which the product is delivered to the customer in a cut and packaged form.
Sewing
As a sewing service, we can offer sewing elastic bands together into circles or adding them to accessories.
Water resistance
The water repellency treatment ensures that the product do not get wet.
Flame resistance
According to the field of use of the product, products are needed that will not catch fire with a flame. The flame retardant treatment helps to ahcieve the desired result.
Impregnation
As a result of impregnation, the ribbon becomes stiffer and is no longer in soft state.

We can offer products that require printing, cutting, special treatments (water repellency, waxing, flame resistance), laser cutting, and sewing services.
