Printing of ribbons, webbings
We offer various printing services. According to the product and the desired end result, we suggest the best method of printing ribbons. It is possible to carry out transfer sublimation and screen printing, digital direct printing and film transfer printing. We use various printing inks such as water-based inks, silicone and plastisol. All products meet the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 requirements. Our designer helps with design preparation and creation if necessary. It is also possible to offer various post-treatments and special packaging for printed ribbons.
Sublimation printing – the design is first transferred to the printing paper. The design is then printed at high heat from the printing paper onto the polyester material. The result is long-lasting and does not wear off. It is reasonable to use especially for printing smaller quantities, atlas satin and rubber bands. Does not allow printing on natural material. We use sublimation inks for printing.
Silk-screen printing – the design is printed on the base ribbon through a mesh tightened on the frame. A different frame must be used for each color to achieve a colorful result. The maximum number of colors is 4. In addition to surface printing, silk-screen printing also allows printing, for example, relief images. An important advantage with the other mentioned printing methods is that it allows printing on different materials including cotton, polyester, polyamide, silk and wool. Silicone, plastisol and water-based inks are used as printing inks.
Digital printing – it is necessary to prepare a design file first. Digital printing makes it possible to print very detailed and complex images. There are no restrictions on the choice of colors. The ink is sprayed onto the ribbon, the print head does not come into contact with the ribbon. The product must then be dried in an infrared oven, which later ensures the abrasion resistance of the paint. Only synthetic materials (polyester, polyamide) can be printed. Does not allow printing on natural material.

Laser cutting
We use a laser cutting service to cut out special shapes (trapezoid, emblems), for piercing and cut.
Cutting
Cutting allows the ribbon to be cut to a specific length, thanks to which the customer receives the product in a cut and packaged form.
Water resistance
The water repellency treatment ensures that the laces do not get wet.
Flame resistance
According to the field of the product, products are needed that would not catch fire. The flame retardant treatment helps to achieve the desired result.
